As an administrative assistant, Marissa assists with incoming calls, scheduling and insurance related tasks. Additionally, she assists with account processing and serves as a point of contact for new and existing patients. She works closely with the Executive Director, Office Manager and Patient Relations Manager to ensure that our patients have the best experience possible.
Marissa is a native Oregonian, born and raised around the Portland area. While attaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Art from Portland State University, she worked in the automotive industry. Her first transition into healthcare was working as a hemodialysis technician at DaVita before becoming a customer service representative for MODA health.
When Marissa is not in the office she likes spending time with her husband and their two cats. She enjoys baking, gardening and hiking. Transitioning to Reflex was a deeply gratifying experience for Marissa, as she has a passion for healthcare and providing optimum customer service.
