As the Executive Director for Reflex, Tresa is responsible for overseeing operations, finances, administration, Reflex treatment programs and clinic expansion. She works directly with the Clinic Director to develop a vision and strategy to guide and grow our organization. She leads the management team and oversees relationships between our clinic and administrative teams. Working to develop operational plans for the company as a whole and the clinic itself that meets our company standards and goals.
Tresa was raised in Portland Oregon, where she graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Social Science. Throughout college she worked at Nordstrom which gave her a strong sense of customer service. She joined the Reflex team in 2011, bringing a strong desire to learn and commitment to customer service.
Outside the office, Tresa has a strong passion for life and is constantly perusing new adventures. She takes a great deal of pride in coaching youth volleyball for a number of programs in the Portland area. In addition, she loves the outdoors and exploring the wonderful city around her.
