Reflex is committed to providing patients with the best experience possible. As patients ourselves, we understand that the process of seeing a doctor can be a stressful, especially if awaiting diagnosis or important test results. Patient Ally aims to change that by giving you the ability to make payments and send health related information directly to our clinic through a secure portal.
To make a payment: Login to your Patient Ally account and choose the Bill Pay icon on your home screen. Once you enter the Bill Pay Portal, you can select the provider with whom you have a balance and click the ‘Make a Payment’ button. Enter your information through their secure HIPAA compliant portal and a member of our billing team will apply to your account the next day.
A Reflex team member will send an electronic invitation to the email address provided at registration. Once the invitation has been received, patients can enroll. If your email address has changed or you have not yet received an invitation, please let us know so we can obtain updated contact information and resend the invitation.
This personal health record management system will simplify your experience in our clinic. Confidential medical documents can be uploaded to your profile and sent to other providers with a single click. Patients will also be able to access charts from each doctor’s visit and can make online payments towards their current balance.
