Amy has been a Physical Therapist since 2016, and worked in outpatient orthopaedics for her entire career. She brings to the healthcare community a strong background in biomechanics and a focus in holistic care of each person. She thrives as a dynamic physical therapist, meaning she utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each patient’s individual needs. She incorporates both traditional and nontraditional rehabilitative methods. Each therapy session is tailored to the patient's presenting symptoms, pain and goals. Amy strives to empower every patient with the tools for long-term success.
Amy's beliefs and preferences of practice led her to open her clinic in 2019, Joint Effort Physical Therapy, in Wyoming. She was voted 'Best Physical Therapist' of Jackson Hole in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Amy was born and raised in Jackson Hole and is thrilled to continue her outdoor exploration combined with the city lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, skiing/snowboarding, paddleboarding, reading, and spending time at the beach.
“I strongly believe that the right manual therapy in combination with quality movement is the medicine for creating change.” - Amy
