Russ Riggs, MD is the clinical director at Reflex Knee Specialists, with offices in Portland, Oregon, Bellevue, Washington, and Phoenix, Arizona. He has specialized training in managing knee pain and knee injuries, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, interventional orthopedics, regenerative therapies, ​​viscosupplementation, and more.

Dr. Riggs graduated summa cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He earned his doctoral degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After graduating, Dr. Riggs completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Riggs gained a unique clinical perspective by working in diverse communities as an entrepreneur, business founder, knee specialist, emergency physician, administrator, and educator.

He enjoys hiking in the stunning Northwest, snow skiing, enjoying the quality restaurants that Portland offers, exploring the rolling hills of Oregon Wine Country, and traveling. Dr. Riggs especially loves being the proud father of five amazing kids.
